Ikara is a Summoner from Macalania and is an original character created for Legendary Guardian. Ikara has no basis in cannon from Square Soft in Final Fantasy X. She and her Guardian, Darren, participate in a large scale battle in the Calm Lands under the command of Auron’s uncle, Youke. Both Darren and Ikara die during the prolonged fighting and their loss greatly upsets Youke – then Second of Bevelle.

No description of Ikara is given, but I pictured her as a eighteen-year-old Summoner with blond hair and blue eyes. I envisioned she and Darren as young lovers on the Journey together. Sadly, or perhaps fortunately, they never make it to Zanarkand.
