Simin is an original character created for Legendary Guardian and has no basis in cannon from Square Soft in Final Fantasy X. He appears in several chapters of LG and Braska's Journey.

Simin was temple trained as a child and found he had a gift for organization and a love of history. It seemed natural to him to combine his abilities with his passion and he became both a priest and a historian. Moving through the ranks in Bevelle, and apprentacing at various temples on and off during his career, Simin was finally appointed a position equvelant to being the currator of the Smithsonian - Keeper of the Hall of Records of St. Bevelle Temple.

While Simin is not a particularly shrewd polititian or someone that often takes sides in temple intrigues - he did have to have stay out of the way while keeping visable enough to be appointed to his post. The result? Simin may not be a mover and shaker but he is a "gatekeeper" to knowledge. He knows a whole lot more than he lets on. The question is, just how much did he know about the truth of the Chruch of Yevon and why didn't he tell anyone?

Simin, at the time of the stories, had held his post for many years. He's a white haired old man standing about 5 foot 3, of slender build, and has light brown eyes.
