Yuna is a creation of Square Soft, and is a central character to the story line of the game Final Fantasy X. She only occasionally appears in Legendary Guardian, Braska's Journey, and Bonds of Love. In LG she is seen mostly as a catalyst for research by the historian Maechen. Her official character description by the company reads:

Female - Age 17. Daughter of High Summoner Braska, and a Summoner like her father. Honest and determined, Yuna embarks on a pilgrimage to learn the ancient art of Summoning in order to defeat Sin.

Yuna is born during the time period of Legendary Guardian and does appear, infrequently, as a child. She also has small scenes in Braska's Journey and Bonds of Love She is always, at this age, shown in context with her father, Braska.
